Being B.I.G. : A Benefit for the Fight Against Leukemia & Lymphoma

After Dark Entertainment and DTR45 are proud to announce the first in a series of events coming to Buffalo this spring, "BEING B.I.G."
"
BEING B.I.G.", a tribute to the late great Notorious B.I.G., will feature Buffalo-bred artists performing songs from Biggie Smalls' legendary discography. "BEING B.I.G." happens Friday, March 9th at Duke's Bohemian Grove Bar (253 Allen St.), on the anniversary of Notorious' untimely death.
The tribute night has a greater meaning though - to raise awareness for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
The night is the brainchild of Damon Bodine - concert promoter, staple in the Buffalo music scene, and Hodgkins Lymphoma survivor. 100% of proceeds from the event will help fund Damon's participation in the NYC Half Marathon this March as part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training.
Friday, March 9th. Doors open at 10pm, $5 cover. For more information on "Being B.I.G.", visit www.afterdarkpresents.com or www.dtr45.com. To learn more about Team In Training and Damon's mission, visit www.teamintraining.org and www.liveforacure.com |
